A few potato plants in the south-side grow bags are showing some wilting and brown leaf edges, which surprised me given the cool weather and daily watering. I usually water grow bags lightly each day, not deeply, but the low humidity and wind over the last week might be drying them faster than I thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My plan is to add more compost and mulch and switch to watering every other day to encourage deeper roots. I&#8217;ll stretch the interval more if the plants handle it.
